Corrosion-resistant vacuum pump - Titanium pump
       One type of corrosion-resistant water ring pump produced by our company. It refers to a water ring vacuum pump where the components in contact with the liquid to be conveyed are made of titanium or titanium alloys, and the sealing parts are double-end face mechanical seals. It can be used to convey various organic and inorganic corrosive liquids, especially suitable for transporting chlorine-containing salt solutions. It cannot convey fuming nitric acid, hydrogen fluoride, or hydrochloric acid with a concentration greater than 30%. It is safer and more reliable than ordinary material vacuum pumps. Titanium and titanium alloys pumps are relatively expensive. They are generally only used when other materials' corrosion-resistant pumps cannot meet the requirements. Titanium or titanium alloy vacuum pumps are usually cast and welded. Their pump specifications and matching unit accessories can be made as non-standard products according to user needs.
