The SK/2SK series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are used to draw or compress air and other non-corrosive, insoluble in water, and solid particle free gases, in order to create vacuum and pressure in a closed container. A small amount of liquid is allowed to be mixed in the drawn gas.

The SK series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are widely used in machinery, petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, sugar industries and electronic fields. Because the gas compression process is isothermal during operation, it is less likely to cause danger when compressing and suctioning explosive gases. Therefore, its application is more extensive.

The 2SK series enhances its vacuum degree by adding a secondary impeller and pump chamber on the basis of the SK series and connecting them in series. Its characteristic is that it can maintain a high pumping capacity even in a high vacuum environment. The 2SK series water ring pumps can be used in series with atmospheric jet pumps. The ultimate vacuum of the two-stage pump + atmospheric jet pump can reach -740 MMHG, that is, -0.098Mpa, and the absolute pressure is approximately 2660pa. The 2SK series pumps can also be combined with Roots pumps to form a water ring - Roots unit. Compared with the water ring - atmospheric jet pump combination, the vacuum degree of the water ring - Roots unit can reach 0.5Pa. The application scope has been greatly expanded again.

The working vacuum range is from (-0.04) to (-0.093)MPa.
