Overview:

The JZJ series Roots water ring unit is a suction unit composed of the ZJ type Roots pump as the main suction pump and the 2BV series water ring pump /2BE1 series water ring pump /SK series water ring pump or the Roots - water ring unit as the forepump. In addition to being used to extract common gases, it can also draw in gases containing moisture, organic solvents or a small amount of dust. Compared with general mechanical vacuum pumps, it is not afraid of oil contamination, water vapor or fine dust. And compared with general water ring vacuum pumps, it has the characteristics of high vacuum degree and large pumping speed under high vacuum conditions.

The working fluid of the forepump of the Roots water ring vacuum unit is mostly water, but organic solvents (such as methanol, ethanol, xylene, acetone, etc.) or other liquids can also be used. The forepump is used as a closed-loop circulation system, which greatly reduces environmental pollution and significantly improves the recovery of organic solvents. Its ultimate vacuum degree is determined by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid.
