Structure and Characteristics

The 2BE3 series water ring vacuum pumps and compressors are high-efficiency and energy-saving products developed by our company based on years of research results and production experience. They belong to the low vacuum and high gas volume type. They are usually used to suck gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non-corrosive, in order to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. By changing the material of the components, they can also be used to suck corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as the working fluid. Due to their superior performance, reliability and durability, they are widely used in industries such as chemical engineering, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, coal washing, mineral processing, petrochemicals, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food, metallurgy, building materials, stone machinery, fertilizers, etc.

Compared with the 2BE1 series, the differences of the 2BE3 series are as follows:

(1)The air volume has significantly increased, and the vacuum degree has decreased. This makes it suitable for large-volume working environments such as coal mine gas extraction and chemical plant pressure adsorption.
(2) The bearing has been changed from cylindrical ball bearings to double-row conical roller bearings, resulting in an increase in the bearing's load-bearing capacity and an improvement in its lifespan.
(3) The positioning connection between the pump body and the distribution plate has been changed from "stop edge positioning" to "one plane with two pins", and the positioning pins ensure the radial clearance between the impeller and the pump body.
(4) The pump cover is equipped with intake and exhaust ports at the top. Additionally, there are also intake and exhaust ports at the side end. If the intake and exhaust ports are located at the top, the side end intake and exhaust ports can be sealed with a blind cover, thereby providing more installation options.
(5) The pumps of the 2BE3 series have large volume and high suction capacity, which also leads to an increase in energy consumption and power. Therefore, the motor can be selected as a high-pressure motor. For transmission, it is generally recommended to use reducer transmission. For belt transmission, the maximum model is 50/52. For pumps of 60 or above, reducer transmission should be selected.
(6) In the 2BE3 series pumps, an eccentric partition plate is added inside the pump body. This plate can be combined with the middle plate of the impeller to divide the pump body into two chambers. At the same time, the side flanges are used as inlet and outlet ports, enabling one pump to meet the needs of industries that require two different pressure points, such as the paper industry.

Model designation method

The model numbers of the 2BE series pumps are represented by a 7-digit combination of letters and numbers, and are marked as follows:

Among them: 2BE3 represents the name of a single-stage water ring vacuum pump series, and 3 indicates the 2BE low vacuum series.

represents the nominal radius of the impeller in centimeters

represents the code for the minimum inhalation pressure. Specifically: 0 - indicates an ultimate vacuum of 33 hPa; 1 - indicates an ultimate vacuum of 160 hPa;

Model example: "2BE3-40-1" represents a single-stage water ring vacuum pump with a nominal impeller diameter of 800 mm and a minimum suction absolute pressure of up to 160 hPa. It can also be denoted as 2BE3-40 (because the maximum vacuum of the 2BE1 series is 33 hPa, and the maximum vacuum of 2BE3 is 160 hPa, therefore this item is generally omitted and not labeled), that is, 2BE3-40.
