Structure and Characteristics

The 2BE series liquid ring vacuum pumps and compressors are highly efficient and energy-saving products developed by our factory based on years of research achievements and production experience. They are typically used to draw gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non-corrosive, in order to create vacuum and pressure in sealed containers. By changing the material of the flow components, they can also be used to draw corrosive gases or work with corrosive liquids as the working fluid.

This series of pumps adopt a single-stage single-acting structural form, featuring simple structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy conservation. They can also adapt to harsh working conditions such as large drainage volume and load shock fluctuations. The exhaust system of the 2BE series vacuum pumps adopts a unique polytetrafluoroethylene valve plate structure (while the original water ring pump used a ball valve structure). The valve plate is placed on the exhaust holes on the outer side of the flat disc and is positioned by the stainless steel baffle on the other side. This valve plate changes its bending degree according to the change of the inlet pressure, so that the pumped medium can be discharged outside the pump when it reaches the inlet pressure. This structure avoids over-compression in the vacuum system, can automatically adjust the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption, and thus achieve the best operating efficiency.

We have carried out a systematic optimization design for key components such as the distribution plate, impeller and pump shaft, simplifying the structure, improving performance and achieving energy conservation. We adopted welded impellers, with the blades being formed through a single die forging process. The profile is reasonable. All the wheel housings are processed, fundamentally solving the problem of dynamic balance. The impeller and pump shaft adopt a hot assembly interference fit, ensuring reliable performance and smooth operation. After welding the impeller, a heat treatment process is carried out for the entire assembly, ensuring good toughness of the blades, which fundamentally guarantees the impeller's resistance to impact and bending, and enables it to adapt to harsh working conditions with fluctuating load impacts. The 2BE series pumps are equipped with an air-water separator, and multiple exhaust ports are provided at different positions. The pump cover is equipped with an exhaust valve for maintenance access. The gap between the impeller and the distribution plate is adjusted by the pressure covers at both ends of the positioning shaft. Installation and use are convenient, operation is simple, and maintenance is easy.

Our factory's vacuum pumps have all undergone strict inspections and tests by the testing center before leaving the factory. They are of superior performance, reliable and durable.

Model designation method

The model numbers of the 2BE series pumps are represented by 8-digit combinations of letters and numbers, and are marked as follows:

2BE1–-

Among them: 2BE1 refers to the single-stage water ring vacuum pump series name, and 1 represents the 2BE high vacuum series.

represents the nominal radius of the impeller in centimeters

represents the nominal width-to-diameter ratio code of the impeller. Specifically: 1 - B (width) / D (diameter) = 0.5; 2 - B / D = 0.75; 3–B/D=1; 5 - B/D = 1.2

represents the code for the minimum inhalation pressure. Specifically: 0 - indicates a maximum vacuum of 33 hPa; 1 - indicates a maximum vacuum of 160 hPa;

Model Example

"2BE1-403-0" represents a single-stage water ring vacuum pump with a nominal impeller diameter of 800 mm and a width-to-diameter ratio of 1. The minimum absolute suction pressure it can achieve is up to 33 hPa. It can also be referred to as 2BE1-403 (because the maximum vacuum limit for the 2BE1 series is 33 hPa, and the maximum vacuum limit for 2BE3 is 160 hPa, therefore this item is generally ignored and not labeled).
