They are typically used to suck out gases that do not contain solid particles, are insoluble in water, and are non-corrosive, in order to create a certain negative pressure in a sealed container. By changing the fluid material, they can also be used to suck out corrosive gases or use corrosive liquids as the working fluid.
The 2BE series water ring vacuum pump adopts a single-stage single-acting structure, featuring simple design, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, high efficiency and energy conservation. It can also adapt to harsh working conditions such as large drainage volume and fluctuating load impact. The exhaust system of the 2BE series water ring vacuum pump adopts a unique flexible exhaust structure. The valve plate is placed over the exhaust holes on the outer side of the flat disc and is positioned by the stainless steel baffle on the other side. This valve plate changes its bending degree according to the change of the inlet pressure, allowing the pumped medium to be discharged outside the pump when it reaches the inlet pressure. This structure avoids over-compression in the vacuum system, can automatically adjust the exhaust area to reduce energy consumption, and thus achieve the best operating efficiency.
The 2BE series products are mainly applied in the chlor-alkali industry for hydrogen compression units in the ion membrane caustic soda process, acetylene compression units in the PVC section, and vacuum pumps for tail gas recovery, etc.

The water ring compressor unit is a complete set of equipment developed based on the water ring compressor. The main pump is equipped with advanced 2BE and 2SY series water ring compressors. According to different usage requirements, it is also equipped with an intake system, a cooling circulation water supply system for the sealing liquid, an air-liquid separator, instruments and meters, safety alarm devices, and pipeline valves. Its electrical control can be set to various functions such as manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic remote control. The impeller is made of high-quality steel plate. The blades are formed by a single stamping process. The hub is machined both inside and outside. It is manufactured using welding technology and undergoes overall heat treatment. It has excellent balance performance, fundamentally solving the problem of dynamic balance. It has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, wear resistance, not prone to cracking, and strong resistance to impact and bending.
According to different process requirements, the flow components of the compressor can be made of various materials (such as SS304, SS316) and processed in different ways (such as spraying treatment). The position of the strengthening ribs of the impeller is away from the end face. The end faces of the blades scrape away the impurities between them on the plane of the distribution plate like a scraper, preventing the formation of deposits between the impeller and the distribution plate and the wear of the distribution plate, as well as avoiding the occurrence of stalling.
Optimized the design of the distribution plate and the blade profile, enhancing the flow diversion effect, increasing the intake and exhaust areas, achieving high efficiency, with a simple structure and requiring minimal maintenance.

According to the specific operating environment and suction capacity of the compressor, the cooling device for the working fluid is set. A heat exchanger with high heat exchange efficiency and convenient maintenance and repair is adopted. The heat exchanger is generally of plate type, and the plate is made of SS304 stainless steel. This enables the closed-loop circulation of the working fluid, which effectively saves the water consumption of the compressor.
According to the requirements of the design conditions, an air-liquid separator is generally equipped. This enables effective separation of the sucked gas, recovery of the working fluid, and at the same time, the liquid, after being cooled by the heat exchanger, can serve as the circulation replenishment for the working fluid ring. The gas is discharged through the exhaust port of the separator to the designated location. This is particularly suitable for extracting flammable, explosive, and toxic gases. At the same time, a reliable automatic drainage and replenishment device is set up.
The gas-liquid separator is equipped with an on-site liquid level gauge of the magnetic flap type. The control can be achieved through automatic valves and liquid level switches, and it has a DCS interface, ensuring safety and reliability.
The unit is equipped with a working fluid discharge pipeline. When the unit is out of service, according to environmental protection requirements, the accumulated liquid inside the unit can be discharged to a designated location.
The relevant system monitoring, control, interlock and protection signals can all be connected to the DCS.
According to the requirements of the process, complete instrument measurement and control devices can be provided to ensure reliable detection and control functions. The high and low water level switches operate accurately and the output contacts are reliable, which can meet the safe and reliable operation of the water ring vacuum pump and ensure the stable and efficient operation of the compressor unit.
The compressor and all its accessories are supplied as a complete set and are installed on the same base. All the accessories are assembled. Meanwhile, the base is equipped with a dedicated drainage device to prevent water accumulation.
