Water ring vacuum pumps and compressors need to be matched with other equipment to form compressor units for use. The supply scope of complete sets of unit equipment provided by our company includes:

1. Drive unit: motor, reducer, coupling, etc.

2. Electrical control system: Switch cabinet, soft start device, PLC control system, etc.

3. Liquid blocking valve: Installed at the air inlet, it prevents the working fluid from flowing back into the system when the compressor stops.

4. Gas-liquid separator: Installed on the exhaust pipe to achieve the separation of compressed gas from the working fluid.

5. Condenser: Installed at the air inlet, it can cool the gas and condense the condensable vapor to reduce the load on the compressor.

6. Heat exchanger (heat exchanger) : It is used to cool the working fluid of the supply pump. During the circulation of the working fluid, it must be equipped with;

7. Pipeline valves, filters, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, pressure transmitters, thermal resistance transmitters, solenoid valves, pneumatic vacuum valves, etc.

Application Scenarios:

1.The normal operation of water ring pumps requires a large amount of working fluid. The working fluid consumption per hour for pumps of different sizes ranges from 0.12m ³ /h to 50m ³ /h. If relying solely on a continuous supply of external water, the accumulated water consumption per day, month, and year would be extremely huge. The application of water ring pump closed-cycle units can avoid the waste of a large amount of working fluid.

2.In chemical enterprises, when toxic and harmful liquids are present or flammable and explosive gases are being extracted, the circulating liquid must not be exposed to the outside world to avoid contamination in the working environment. The application of closed-cycle units and stainless steel + mechanical seals in the flow-through parts can solve such problems.

3. Under conditions where the water quality of the water source cannot be guaranteed, severe scale formation occurs within a very short period of operation, affecting the normal operation of the pump. A softening tank can be added before the pump to form a similar closed-loop unit, and the liquid level can be monitored to continuously replenish soft water, which can ensure the good operation of the system.

4. To ensure the smooth and reliable operation of the system, the pump set can generally be set in a one-on-one-standby or multi-on-multiple standby type. When starting the pumps, several units are activated simultaneously to meet the system process requirements in a short time. Then, the unit's instrument monitors and returns a signal. The electrical control or remote control turns off the redundant standby pumps, leaving only one or a few as maintenance pumps to maintain the system vacuum, thereby reducing the overall power of the system. The process time has been shortened and the automation efficiency has been improved.

5. Large-scale water ring complete sets of units can be used in industries such as gas drainage, pressure swing adsorption, and transportation and filtration. Our company independently designs a complete set of mobile gas drainage pumping stations and is equipped with a perfect monitoring and control system. All the supporting 2BE products have passed the coal safety certification to ensure the reliable operation of the units.

6. In situations where closed containers are removed, such as drying systems, the required vacuum degree within the system is much higher than what water ring pumps can achieve. Roots pumps can be connected in series to form a Roots - water ring unit to increase the gas volume and ultimate vacuum to meet the requirements. The ultimate vacuum of the three-Roots unit can reach about 0.5Pa.

7. When high-pressure water ring compressors are in use, a post-separator must be added. This container falls under the category of pressure vessels and serves to separate gas and water, stabilize pressure for transportation, and provide circulating liquid. This type of compressor can compress gases such as hydrogen and acetylene produced in the chlor-alkali industry. Generally, it is used in conjunction with heat exchangers, centrifugal pumps and other accessories on a shared chassis in the form of a unit. All units only retain the necessary interfaces, which is convenient for users to install and debug, eliminating the cumbersome work of installing pipelines for users.
