Overview:

The WL and WLW series reciprocating vacuum pumps are among the main equipment for achieving coarse vacuum. The WLW series vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps, compared with the WL series products, have added an oil separation chamber relative to the piston stroke, enabling the system to obtain a cleaner vacuum environment. The WLW series reciprocating vacuum pump is another updated and upgraded product of the W, WY, and WL series. Besides having the advantages of the previous horizontal and vertical reciprocating vacuum pumps, it is particularly prominent in the following aspects:

1. Oil-free: By using filled polytetrafluoroethylene piston rings, the cylinder can operate normally without the need for lubricating oil, thereby avoiding oil contamination, waste, and accidents caused by forgetting to add oil.

2. Installation of oil separation chamber: This oil separation chamber ensures that the oil carried by the piston rod within the machine body cannot enter the cylinder, thereby guaranteeing the absence of oil. On the other hand, gas of the required type can be injected into this sealed oil chamber to ensure the cleanliness or absence of leakage of the gas being pumped.

3. The exhaust ports can be arranged in any direction (front, back, left, right), facilitating the installation and use by users.

4. The accessory material can be changed to enable it to be used for extracting corrosive media.

5. It can be combined with Roots pumps or WLW reciprocating pumps to form an oil-free high vacuum unit.

The above points enable the WLW pump to be more widely used in various industrial sectors, such as vacuum distillation, evaporation, crystallization, drying and filtration in the chemical, pharmaceutical or food industries, degassing in the vacuum metallurgy industry, impregnation in the electrical industry, etc. It is particularly suitable for applications in environments with high cleanliness requirements or where gas needs to be recovered cleanly. It overcomes the pollution caused by the need for lubricating oil.
