The 2BV series water ring vacuum pumps are suitable for extracting gases and water vapor, and the suction pressure can reach 33 mbar absolute pressure (97% vacuum degree). When transformer oil is used as the working fluid (referred to as oil ring vacuum pump), the suction pressure can reach 6.7 mbar absolute pressure (99.3% vacuum degree). When the liquid ring vacuum pump operates for a long time under suction pressure close to the limit vacuum, an erosion protection tube should be connected to protect the pump and eliminate the erosion sound. When used as a compressor, as the exhaust pressure increases, the power of the 2BV pump will increase. When placing an order, the exhaust pressure should be specified to select the appropriate motor power.

If the pump operates under extreme pressure, opening the air erosion protection pipe interface (or connecting it to the separator) can eliminate the air erosion noise while ensuring the best suction effect, and protect the pump at the same time.
6. Our factory will re-mold all the models of the 2BV series. All the raw materials will be cast with precision technology (in stainless steel and common materials).
7. All components are precisely machined by a CNC lathe. The mechanical seals can be selected from either imported John Crane or Dalian Bergmann to ensure high precision.
8. All bearings are of imported brands such as NSK.
9. The 2BV series water ring pumps can be combined with the ZJ series rotary vane pumps to form the JZJ2B rotary vane unit for use. The maximum vacuum can reach 5 Pa. They can also be equipped with separators and heat exchangers to form a 2BV closed-loop circulation unit in various forms such as one in operation and one on standby, or multiple units in operation and multiple units on standby, thereby enhancing the safety and reliability of the system.
The 2BV-6 series water ring vacuum pumps/compressors are mainly used for extracting explosive gases and operating in various flammable and explosive environments. Their performance parameters are the same as those of the corresponding models in the 2BV-2 and 2BV-5 series.

The model of the 2BV series pumps is indicated by a 7-digit combination of letters and numbers, as follows:

Among them: 2BV represents the name of the single-stage water ring vacuum pump series;
Indicates the type code. Specifically, 2 - represents a series where the inlet and outlet ports are threaded and the pump and motor are coaxial.
